Brandon Foley has been named president of McCormick North America.

SPARKS, MD. — Brendan Foley and Lisa Manzone have been elected to new positions at McCormick & Company, Inc.

Mr. Foley has been named president of North America, where he is responsible for the Consumer and Industrial Divisions for the United States and Canada, as well as the human relations, quality, supply chain and finance functions for North America. Mr. Foley will continue as a member of the Global Consumer Strategy Council.

Mr. Foley joined McCormick in 2014 and most recently was president of U.S. Consumer. Prior to McCormick, he spent more than 15 years at H.J. Heinz as zone president for Heinz North America, president for the U.S. Consumer Products business as well as president of the U.S. Foodservice business. Prior to Heinz, he worked in marketing for General Mills, Inc. and Ketchum Advertising/Chicago.

He received a bachelor’s of science degree from Miami University of Ohio.

Lisa Manzone has been named senior vice-president of human relations.

Ms. Manzone has been named senior vice-president of human relations. Her responsibilities will include benefits, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, organization development, succession planning, talent acquisition, safety, wellness and employee relations.

Ms. Manzone joined McCormick in 2007 and most recently was vice-president of global human relations. She also has been vice-president of compensation and benefits, vice-president of human relations U.S. Consumer Products Division and vice-president of human relations for the U.S. Industrial Group. Prior to McCormick, Ms. Manzone was the vice-president of human resources for JLG Industries and previously held human resource leadership positions at ArvinMeritor, Inc. and AlliedSignal Automotive.

She received a bachelor’s of science degree in employee relations and a master’s of labor and industrial relations degree from Michigan State University.
