Consumers rated Papa Murphy’s Take ‘N’ Bake Pizza as having the best food quality among quick-service chains.

CHICAGO — Consumers rated Papa Murphy’s Take ‘N’ Bake Pizza as having the best food quality among quick-service chains in the 2016 Chain Restaurant Consumers’ Choice Awards from Technomic. Consumers also said Firehouse Subs had the best food quality for fast-casual and Bonefish Grill for full service.

Under the ongoing study, 120 U.S. restaurant chains are rated on more than 60 different attributes by almost 100,000 annual consumer visits. Data from the fourth quarter of 2014 through the third quarter of 2015 were analyzed for the 2016 awards.

Other quick-service winners were In-N-Out Burger for consumers’ intent to return, Chick-fil-A for providing value through service and Ben & Jerry’s for being socially responsible. Other fast-casual winners were Rubio’s (intent to return), Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches (value through service) and Chipotle Mexican Grill (socially responsible). Other full-service winners were Cheddars Scratch Kitchen (intent to return), Cracker Barrel Old Country Store (value through service) and Seasons 52 (social responsible).
