The Grand Seafood Feast

ORLANDO, FLA. — As part of its Holiday Seafood Celebration promotion, Red Lobster is introducing several new menu items for a limited time.

Among new entree selections, the Grand Seafood Feast features lobster tail with a white wine and butter sauce, a crab hollandaise-topped lump crab cake, a garlic-grilled red shrimp skewer and shrimp scampi.

Wild-Caught Lobster-and-Shrimp Trio

Another new item, the Wild-Caught Lobster-and-Shrimp Trio, includes a wood-grilled Maine lobster tail topped with Norway lobster mac and cheese, paired with a garlic-grilled red shrimp skewer and panko-crusted red shrimp with cocktail sauce.

Crab-Oscar Surf and Turf

The new Crab-Oscar Surf and Turf combines wood-grilled sirloin or New York Strip topped with a mushroom demi-glace and a crab hollandaise-topped lump crab cake.

Additionally, Red Lobster is rolling out two seasonal cocktails and a dessert. The Peppermint Brownie Sundae includes a warm brownie and vanilla ice cream topped with a chocolate peppermint sauce, whipped cream and crushed peppermint candy.

 Blackberry Amaretto Sour and Peppermint Winter Frost

New beverages include a Blackberry Amaretto Sour, featuring muddled blackberries with amaretto and house sour mix, and a Peppermint Winter Frost, with Irish cream liqueur, crème de cacao and peppermint, topped with whipped cream and crushed peppermint candy.
