CHICAGO — Blommer Chocolate Co. has acquired a manufacturing plant in China’s Jinshan district of Shanghai. The transaction is part of the company’s estimated $40 million investment in a fully integrated bean processing and chocolate manufacturing facility designed to support growing demand in China and the rest of Asia.
