LEBANON, TENN. — Jill Golder has been named senior vice-president and chief financial officer at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. Ms. Golder will join the company on April 25 and assume her c.f.o. responsibilities on June 6, after completing her on-boarding process.

Ms. Golder joins Cracker Barrel with nearly 30 years of restaurant industry experience, most recently as executive vice-president and c.f.o. of Ruby Tuesday, Inc. During her 23 years at Darden Restaurants, Inc., she held the position of senior vice-president of finance for Olive Garden North America, Smokey Bones, Red Lobster and the Specialty Restaurant Group. Ms. Golder was also the director of strategic planning and corporate analysis for Domino’s Pizza International and c.f.o. of Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants.

Ms. Golder will succeed Lawrence E. Hyatt, who will continue to serve as c.f.o. until June 6 and assist with the transition until his retirement at the end of the company’s current fiscal year.
