NAPLES, FLA. – Back to Nature Foods Co., L.L.C., is adding a sunflower and pumpkin seed variety to its granola line.

The new flavor is made with whole grain oat clusters and has 6 grams of protein per serving.

“Sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds provide significant amounts of key vitamins and minerals like vitamin E, magnesium and zinc,” said Vincent Fantegrossi, chief executive officer of Back to Nature Foods. “They supply diverse antioxidant benefits that are not widely found in food. Most importantly, they are simple ingredients found in nature, and it’s a great tasting granola.”

Other Back to Nature granola varieties include such ingredients as blueberries, cherries, almonds, pecans, honey and chocolate.

The granola will be available in a 12-oz resealable pouch at grocery stores and specialty food stores nationwide.
