ORLANDO, FLA. — Red Lobster is aiming to reel in shrimp enthusiasts by releasing two new shrimp options as part of its Endless Shrimp promotion.

The chain’s new Parmesan Peppercorn Shrimp features breaded shrimp topped with grated Parmesan and cracked black pepper, served with Meyer lemon aioli. The new Garlic Sriracha-Grilled Shrimp offers wood-grilled shrimp in a spicy garlic sriracha sauce.

The two new flavors join the three other dishes in Red Lobster’s Endless Shrimp lineup, including Hand-Crafted Shrimp Scampi, Hand-Breaded Shrimp and Shrimp Linguini Alfredo.

“Our guests anticipate Endless Shrimp all year long,” said Dustin Hilinski, executive chef and director of culinary at Red Lobster. “They love it because they are able to explore new flavors, while also still enjoying their classic favorites. This year, we’re excited to give them a twist on our popular hand-breaded shrimp by adding Parmesan and peppercorn. And, for those that like a bit of heat, the Sriracha is a great option. There’s truly something for everyone.”
