ROSEMONT, ILL. — Grass-fed beef, Non-GMO Project verified tomatoes and french fries free of artificial ingredients are among US Foods’ recently unveiled Fall Scoop 2016 line, a 25-item lineup of entree options, sides and desserts offering a slew of clean label options for restaurateurs.

Three center of plate selections debut from US Foods’ Stock Yards beef brand: All Natural Canoe Cut Beef Marrow Bones, which are pre-brined and pre-cut to save time in the kitchen and reduce operator food costs, and All Natural Grass Fed Ribeye Steak and All Natural Grass Fed Sliders, which are 100% domestic, grass-fed and grass finished, the company said.

The Chef’s Line Natural Fry is made without artificial ingredients, flavors or colors.

Rounding out the Fall Scoop entrees, US Foods’ new seafood options include Chef’s Line Seared Yellowfin Tuna Slices and shrimp selections from Harbor Banks — Breaded Stuffed Shrimp and Grits and Breaded Stuffed Shrimp Southwest Style.

Sides in the Fall Scoop include Fire Grilled Artichokes with Caramelized Sliced Onions from Rykoff Sexton. Non-GMO Project verified Baby Beefsteak Tomatoes from Cross Valley Farms, and Chef’s Line Natural Chip and Natural Fry, which are made without artificial ingredients, flavors or colors.

US Foods Rustic Pumpkin Sweet Potato Tart
 The Rustic Pumpkin Sweet Potato Tart is filled with candied orange zest, warm spices, and topped with praline-pecan streusel.

The Fall Scoop also highlights fall flavor trends with desserts such as Pumpkin Spice Latte Ice Cream, Rustic Pumpkin Sweet Potato Tarts, and the Devonshire Premium Campfire S’more Lava Cake, which is finished with a toasted marshmallow topping.
