IRWINDALE, CALIF. — Galit Feinreich has been promoted to chief marketing officer of Ready Pac Foods, Inc. She joined Ready Pac last July as director of innovation, leading the company’s R.&D. function.
Before joining Ready Pac, Ms. Feinreich spent 12 years at Nestle USA, where she led white space innovation and strategy for Nestle’s Confections and Snacks division. During her time there, she developed new products such as Easter Egg Hunt Kits and worked with two product lines: Crunch Girl Scout Bars and Skinny Cow Divines Chocolate. Prior to Nestle, she worked in the marketing and advertising departments for Interwoven, Inc., Homestore and Hawk Aviation, Ltd.
"With her deep experience in innovation, marketing and strategy, I am confident Galit will help steer Ready Pac Foods into the next phase of our innovation journey," said Tony Sarsam, chief executive officer of Ready Pac. "In addition to leveraging the strong marketing leadership already in place, Galit will enable new opportunities for innovation, ensuring our continued significant growth."
Ms. Feinreich succeeds Tristan Simpson, current c.m.o. for Ready Pac. She plans to leave the company at the end of June. Ms. Simpson joined the company in 2011.
