“Both Clearbrook and Rothschild have been innovators in the growing clean label, premium, specialty food and ingredient markets, and the added investment in the two organizations will bring expanded capabilities around innovation, new product offerings and consumer preferences to a diversified customer base,” Glencoe said. “Best-in-class service has been a hallmark for each of these businesses and will continue to be paramount in the future.”
