CHICAGO — Glencoe Capital Management, L.L.C. has acquired Robert Rothschild Farm, manufacturer of gourmet sauces, dips and spreads for the specialty food industry. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Glencoe plans to combine Rothschild with Clearbrook Farms, a premium fruit-based food manufacturer the company acquired in 2016.

Based in Urbana, Ohio, Robert Rothschild Farm offers a variety of gluten-free, organic, non-G.M.O. and clean label products under such brands as Robert Rothschild Farm, Robert Rothschild Farm Fresh, Game Day Gourmet, Made in Napa Valley and Vineyard Pantry.
