Noting increased demand for vegetable-based, gluten-free snacks, the brand is expanding its 3 Seed Gluten Free Crackers line to include quinoa, sweet beet and sweet pea flavors. The products combine stone-ground corn with flaxseed, sesame, chia and vegetables.

Jane’s Dough Foods, maker of the Sonoma Flatbreads brand, is launching a line of pizzas made with organic ingredients. Featuring a thin and crispy ancient grain crust, varieties include spinach and feta, uncured pepperoni, chicken sausage and peppers, and four cheese. The 10-inch pizzas contain no artificial flavors, colors or ingredients.

Titan Tea has expanded its line of electrolyte-infused organic cold-brew teas with two new varieties. Honey Green Tea combines green tea with a touch of fair trade organic honey, and 50/50 Lemonade & Black Tea pairs cold-brewed black tea with organic lemonade. The brand was founded by a former professional athlete who wanted a healthier alternative to traditional sports drinks.
Quorn Foods, a maker of vegetarian products, unveiled four vegan items that are set to hit shelves in 2016. Made with Mycoprotein, a meatless and soy-free ingredient, items include Vegan Chik’n Tenders, Vegan Naked Chik’n Cutlet, Vegan Breaded Cutlet and Vegan Spicy Chik’n Patty. Low in saturated fat and high in fiber, the products have the taste, texture and appearance of meat, according to the company.

Mediterra Nutrition has added a pair of savory varieties to its line of Mediterranean snack bars. The Bell Peppers & Green Olives bar combines sunflower seeds, green olives, roasted red peppers, green peppers and oregano. The Kale & Pumpkin Seeds bar features pumpkin seeds, apricots, kale and rosemary. Made with cashews, pea crisps, amaranth and extra virgin olive oil, the bars are gluten-free with 140 calories, 5 to 6 grams of protein and 5 to 6 grams of fiber.

Way Better Snacks is expanding its line of sprouted tortilla chips with a new ginger sweet potato variety. Featuring sprouted flax seed and quinoa, the addition is slated to hit shelves in early 2016. Way Better Snacks also debuted two new limited-edition chips, including ginger snap and apple cinnamon spice. The products are made with sprouted flax seed, quinoa and chia seed and sweetened with a hint of molasses and spices. A limited-edition pumpkin cranberry chip that debuted two years ago also is making a return for the season.

Evol, a business unit of Boulder Brands, expands its portfolio of frozen meals and snacks with the addition of three product lines. Fajita Cups, Veggie Cups and Scramble Cups are gluten-free with 200 calories or fewer and contain proteins raised without antibiotics and non-bioengineered vegetables, grains and oils.
Fajita Cups varieties include grilled white chicken with rice, beans, veggies and cheddar; Southwest veggie, rice, bean and cheddar; sriracha queso grilled chicken; and pork and poblano pesto with rice, bell peppers and cheese. The line of Veggie Cups features such varieties as truffle Parmesan roasted cauliflower; ginger sesame sweet potato; balsamic Brussels sprouts with uncured bacon and Parmesan; and broccoli and cheddar with uncured ham and potato, rice and bell peppers.
