For consumers avoiding the artificial, McCormick is introducing Color from Nature Food Colors. The trio of resealable colors, Sky Blue, Berry and Sunflower, is made from natural ingredients such as plants, vegetables and seeds.

Superfoods are the stars of McCormick’s new Gourmet Spice Blends. The blends contain 25% to 50% chia, matcha or flax and are available in four varieties: Citrus Chili & Garlic with Chia Seasoning, Cinnamon & Nutmeg with Chia Seasoning, Italian Seasoning with Flaxseed and Matcha Green Tea with Ginger Seasoning.

McCormick is making over classic ingredients with Japanese, Korean and Thai versions. The company is introducing Japanese Seven Spice (Shichimi Togarashi Seasoning), Korean-Style Red Pepper (Gochugaru) and Thai Basil.

McCormick is hopping on the bone broth bandwagon with its new Kitchen Basics Bone Broth. Made from chicken bones, organic vegetables, herbs and spices, the broth offers 10 grams of protein per serving and is certified “Heart Healthy” by the American Heart Association.
