Food manufactures offer new takes on macaroni and cheese.
The Kraft Heinz Co. is debuting Cracker Barrel Oven Baked Macaroni and Cheese. Free of artificial flavors and dyes, the meal solutions contain large ridged noodles, seasonings, toasted breadcrumbs and Cracker Barrel cheese and are available in three varieties: Sharp Cheddar, Sharp White Cheddar and Cheddar Havarti.

Upton’s Naturals is introducing Ch’eesy Mac pre-cooked vegan macaroni and cheese. Packaged with ready-to-eat macaroni noodles and a prepared pouch of nutritional yeast-based cheese, the 100% vegan products are free of nuts, dairy, oil, trans fat, cholesterol, G.M.O.s and artificial flavors. The pasta is available in two varieties: original Ch’eesy Mac and Ch’eesy Bacon Mac, which features the addition of crispy bacon seitan.

Luvo, Inc. is launching new Roasted Cauliflower Mac & Cheese. The gluten-free dish consists of brown rice noodles, a creamy cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese sauce, roasted cauliflower crumbles and a panko style topping made with rice flour and pea protein. Providing 11 grams of protein and 55 grams of whole grains, the frozen meal is nut-free and vegetarian.

Field Roast Grain Meat Co. is introducing its take on a classic comfort food with new Mac n Chao. Featuring sauces made with slices of the company’s Chao (a rich and creamy coconut cheese seasoned with traditionally fermented soybean curd that the Vietnamese call Chao), the vegan pasta dish is available in two varieties: Creamy Mac n Chao and Chili Mac n Chao, which features sauce made from Tomato Cayenne Chao slices, spicy bean chili and crumbles of the company’s FieldBurger, which is made with barley, carrots and celery.

Pinnacle Foods’ Evol Foods brand is launching four new frozen single-serve entree lines featuring international flavors. The products contain no preservatives or artificial flavors or colors, and the company’s chicken is free of antibiotics and hormones.
The new Hawaiian Style Grilled Chicken entree features sweet pineapple teriyaki sauce on grilled chicken with pieces of pineapple, red bell peppers, edamame and water chestnuts on a bed of white rice.
The Ginger Soy Udon Noodles entree features Udon noodles with carrots, edamame, red bell peppers and snap peas in a savory sesame ginger sauce.
The Korean BBQ Style Chicken variety features Korean BBQ-inspired savory Asian sauce on top of grilled chicken with broccoli, snap peas, bell peppers and carrots on a bed of brown rice.
The new Shawarma Style Chicken entree features grilled chicken, green and red bell peppers and red onions covered in a tangy yellow turmeric sauce on a bed of couscous.

PepsiCo is bolstering its Mtn Dew Label Series with new tropical citrus-flavored Mtn Dew White Label – featuring pineapple, grapefruit and citrus bitters – and green apple-kiwi flavored Mtn Dew Green Label.
The brand also is introducing a Mtn Dew Spiked line, featuring original and raspberry lemonade spiked with prickly pear cactus juice and sweetened with agave and natural sugars.

The bars with 15 grams of protein contain 190 or fewer calories and come in six flavors: Birthday Cake, Cookies ’N Cream, Double Rocky Road, Lemon Bliss, Mint Cookie Crunch and Peanut Butter Cookie.

Cinnamon Peach Biscuit Gelato features cinnamon sugar gelato blended with a peach butter swirl and crunchy biscuit pieces.
Peanut Butter Fudge Sorbetto, which features peanut butter sorbetto and fudge swirls, contains 30% real peanut butter and is made without milk.
