Burger innovation is booming on restaurant menus.
Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews
Red Robin is beefing up its burger menu with two new offerings.
The Chimi Fresco Finest Burger features a half-pound black Angus beef patty with seared queso fresco, a chimichurri vinaigrette and aioli (made from a blend of olive oil, onions, parsley, cilantro, jalapeño, lime and red peppers), lettuce, tomatoes and pickled red onions on a telera bun.
The Taco Tavern Double features two fire-grilled beef patties, melted pepper jack cheese, crispy tortilla strips, guacamole, salsa and shredded lettuce on a sesame seed bun.

Jack in the Box
Jack in the Box is adding ribeye burgers to its menu, featuring beef patties made with 100% ribeye beef.
The All American Ribeye Burger features a ribeye beef patty topped with red onion, sliced tomato, Provolone cheese, mayo and spring mix lettuce served on a potato bun.
The Havarti & Grilled Onion Ribeye Burger features a ribeye beef patty, sliced tomato, grilled onions, mayo, Havarti cheese and a savory red wine glaze all served on a potato bun.

Whataburger
Chorizo — a type of spiced ground sausage — is the main meat in Whataburger’s two new menu items.
The Chorizo Burger features seasoned chorizo sandwiched between two all-beef patties topped with two slices of Monterey Jack cheese, a fire-roasted blend of poblano peppers, red peppers and onions, and a creamy chili sauce made with six types of peppers all served on a toasted bun.
The Chorizo Taquito features seasoned chorizo, scrambled eggs and a slice of American cheese wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.

McDonald's
McDonald’s is introducing Buttermilk Crispy Tenders, featuring 100% white meat chicken that is seasoned, battered and breaded. The chicken strips are served with a choice of nine McDonald’s sauces, including Creamy Ranch, Honey, Honey Mustard, Hot Mustard, Spicy Buffalo, Sriracha Mac Sauce, Sweet ‘n Sour, Tangy Barbeque and the new Signature Sauce.

Dunkin’ Donuts is debuting its Halloween donut lineup, featuring one new variety and 10 classics made over for the spooky season.
The new Spider Donut is a classic donut frosted with orange icing topped with a glaze chocolate donut hole with a chocolate drizzle to look like spider legs and orange drizzle for eyes.

Papa John’s is adding a new pie to its pizza portfolio. The new Chicken Bacon Philly Pizza features creamy garlic sauce, grilled white meat chicken, bacon, onions, green bell peppers, cheddar and mozzarella cheese.

IHOP is launching a line of Latte Lover’s Pancakes, featuring the flavors of gourmet coffee beverages.
The Espresso Mocha Cream Pancakes are chocolate pancakes layered with mocha cream and topped with chocolate-covered espresso beans.
The Salted Caramel Java Pancakes are buttermilk pancakes topped with coffee bean-infused butter and a drizzle of salted caramel.
The Double Vanilla Pancakes are buttermilk pancakes topped with vanilla bean cream and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
The Pumpkin Spice Pancakes are pumpkin pancakes made with real pumpkin and spices with a creamy whipped topping.

Dairy Queen is serving the new Royal Reese’s Brownie Blizzard Treat, featuring vanilla soft serve blended with Reese’s peanut butter cups and chocolate brownie pieces filled with peanut butter topping.

Golden Corral has added smokers in all its buffet-grill restaurants to offer its new Smokehouse menu, featuring slow-cooked, smoked meats, including Smoked Brisket, Smoked Chicken, Smoked Pork, Smoked Ribs and Smoked Turkey. The meats will be available with a variety of barbecue sauces, including sweet, spicy and smokehouse, as well as regional sauces.

Bojangles’ is bolstering its breakfast menu with the new Pork Chop Griller Biscuit. The handheld features a pork chop marinated in a dry rub seasoning blend featuring peppery undertones that is seared and served inside a hot buttermilk biscuit.

Pei Wei is introducing its own interpretation of a Chinese-American classic dish. The chain’s new General Tso’s Chicken features all-white meat chicken, carrots, garlic, scallions and red bell peppers with four chili preparations — sriracha, whole chili pods, chili paste and red chili flakes — all tossed in an umami sauce.

Corner Bakery Cafe is adding more fall flavor to its menu with two new pumpkin spice breakfast items.
The new Pumpkin Spice Pancakes dish features four buttermilk pancakes topped with walnuts, whipped cream, vanilla syrup and pumpkin pie spice served with a side of smoked bacon.
Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal features whole grain steel-cut oatmeal topped with walnuts, whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice served with a raisin pecan sweet crisp.
