The Kellogg’s Co. is ushering its Bear Naked granola brand into the premium segment with its new Bear Naked Premium Granola collection. The granolas contain bites of melted fair-trade chocolate and nut butter baked in and are made using a technique that creates a soft, cookie-like texture, Kellogg said. Both varieties are U.S.D.A. certified organic, Non-GMO Project verified, certified gluten-free and include fair-trade cocoa.
The White Chocolate Macadamia Nut granola combines whole grain oats, cashew butter, white chocolate, pumpkin seeds, macadamia nuts and honey.
