Dunkin’ is celebrating Valentine’s Day with new pink drinks.
The Pink Velvet Macchiato, available hot or iced, combines espresso with red velvet cake flavor and hints of cream cheese icing. When served iced, it creates a colorful pink layered look, Dunkin’ said. The macchiato contains a layer of steamed milk topped with two shots of espresso and is finished with a thin layer of milk foam.
The Pink Velvet Signature Latte, available hot or iced, blends espresso with red velvet cake flavor and is topped with whipped cream, mocha drizzle and hot chocolate powder. Two-thirds of the beverage is steamed milk that is poured over a shot of espresso and topped with a layer of milk foam.
New from Ferrara Candy Co.’s Brach’s brand are Brach’s Heart “2” Heart Conversation Hearts candies. The heart-shaped, dual-sided sweets feature embossed messages on both sides, including contemporary phrases such as “YAAAS,” “GOAT” (greatest of all time) and “BAE.” The new conversation hearts come in five flavors: banana, orange, grape, cherry and lemon.

Baskin-Robbins is offering a new ice cream flavor for Valentine’s Day: Date Night. Featuring chocolate and caramel ice creams combined, the treat includes a hint of salt, mini milk chocolate caramel cups and a caramel ribbon. The flavor is available in the Date Night Three-Scoop Sundae, which includes three scoops of Date Night ice cream topped with caramel pralines, hot fudge, whipped light cream, chopped almonds and a cherry.
“When we think about classic Valentine’s Day sweets, those big boxes of chocolates immediately came to mind,” said Nikki McKinnel, chef for Baskin-Robbins. “With this flavor, we really aimed to replicate that taste in a Baskin-Robbins way. The Chocolate Covered Cherry Ice Cream is a chocolate ice cream with maraschino cherries, chocolate fudge ribbons and a cherry cordial swirl.
The Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae with Strawberry Ice Cream features a brownie topped with strawberry ice cream, whipped cream, hot fudge sauce and a cherry.
Applebee’s is celebrating Valentine’s Day with the new Vodka Strawberry Lemonade. The pink beverage costs $1 for a 10-oz mug.
“The whole month of February is a great time to head to Applebee’s with your loved ones, whether it be with the gals, the boys or your bae,” said Patrick Kirk, vice-president of beverage innovation at Applebee’s. “We keep it simple and sweet this month with a spirit our guests love in the $1 Vodka Strawberry Lemonade, and the great news is that there’s an extra day in February to enjoy it.”
