United Natural Foods, Inc. has unveiled four new hot sauces under its Woodstock brand. Non-GMO Project verified and sourced from Costa Rica, the globally inspired sauces contain no added sugars.
The Scotch Bonnet sauce has a fruity, lightly acidic and slight garlic flavor with 1,790 Scoville units of heat.
The Habanero Pepper sauce has a sweet and sour, fruity and slight onion flavor with 7,900 Scoville units.
The Ghost Pepper sauce has an acidic, salty, fruity and slight garlic flavor with 33,000 Scoville units.
The Scorpion Pepper sauce has an acidic, salty, very fruity and extra hot flavor, Woodstock said. The sauce measures 57,000 Scoville units of heat.
