Vegan cinnamon roll bakery chain Cinnaholic is offering two limited time rolls this winter. The Shake, Rattle and Roll has peanut butter frosting with peanut butter cups, fresh bananas and pretzels. The very berry roll is topped with crème brûlée frosting, fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberry jam and powdered sugar.
Wayback Burgers’ winter menu offering focuses on delivering heat in the form of a fiery bacon burger and fiery fries. The burger has two beef patties cooked to order and topped with Texas Pete seasoned bacon, pepper Jack cheese, cheese sauce, jalapeños, and chipotle mayo. The fiery fries are made with Texas Pete seasoning and topped with Texas Pete seasoned bacon, cheese sauce, and jalapeños.
For those customers seeking a cooler option, Wayback Burgers also introduced a brownie milkshake featuring a vanilla milkshake blended with brownies, chocolate syrup and topped with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle.
New beverages from Peet’s Coffee include a churro latte, a churro caramel macchiato and a cold brew with sweet cinnamon oat foam. A churro mocha and the Cinnamon Black Tie, which is a cinnamon syrup-infused cold brew layered with cinnamon and sweetened condensed milk also are available.
P.F. Chang’s winter menu includes Wagyu dumplings, fire-braised short ribs, short rib fried rice, an apple crunch dessert, and The Ornament, a cocktail with vodka, pear sake, yuzu and pomegranate.
Short ribs seem to be trending this winter as Carrabba’s Italian Grill added short rib marsala to its menu. The entree features short rib served over garlic mashed potatoes and topped with the chain’s Lombardo marsala wine sauce.
Dunkin’s winter menu features a winter blend coffee, a brown sugar oat iced latte, chive and onion stuffed bagel minis, and a stroopwafel donut, which is a chocolate frosted donut topped with a miniature stroopwafel cookie. New omelet bites are sous-vide egg bites available in bacon and cheddar and egg white and vegetable varieties.
A Brussels and bacon pizza, two salads and carrot ginger lemonade are the seasonal additions to Modern Market Eatery’s menu. The pizza has a layer of white cheddar sauce with mozzarella and blue cheese. That layer is topped with Brussels sprouts, bacon, roasted onions and a balsamic glaze.
The winter harvest salad features chicken, roasted Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, candied walnuts and egg. It is topped with pomegranate seeds, a balsamic glaze and scallion ranch dressing. The ahi tuna Nicoise salad includes seasonal green beans, roasted cherry tomatoes, egg, kalamata olives, fingerling potatoes and sesame seeds with a citrus Champagne vinaigrette.
The Pistachio Latte returned to Starbucks for a limited time. Hot or iced, the beverage blends espresso and steamed milk with pistachio sauce and a salted brown buttery topping. The drink debuted initially at Starbucks Reserve and Roasteries and rolled out nationwide last year.
New wintertime offerings at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf include a lightened vanilla latte and iced vanilla latte, which are formulated to be slightly less sweet; a Beyond Breakfast Sausage sandwich; the bacon, egg and cheese English muffin; and the chorizo breakfast burrito.
