Belgian Boys has launched Breakfast All Day and Pancakes & Go product lines. The former offers miniature butter waffles and dried cranberries, with either maple syrup or Babybel cheese, in a convenient box format. The latter contains nine miniature bite-size pancakes that are prepared in cup packaging after 45 seconds of microwaving, with maple butter, Belgian chocolate chip butter and sprinkles butter flavors.
Baked foods manufacturer Sweet Loren's launched a series of gluten-free rolled dough products, including puff pastry and thin pizza crust. The refrigerated puff pastry is flaky and layered designed to offer a crunchy and airy pastry texture, and the thin pizza crust provides a thin, crispy base and may be used for pies and pizzas, according to the company.
Equii, a manufacturer of grain-based products using plant-based proteins, branched into the pasta category with a product line derived from the brand’s complete protein flour formulated through fermentation. The product line includes macaroni and cheese, with 19 grams of protein and 6 grams of fiber per 3.5-oz serving, and rigatoni noodles, with 28 grams of protein and 10 grams of fiber per serving.
“The introduction of Equii rigatoni and mac and cheese to the pasta category allows us to stand out amongst competitors and empower consumers to eat without compromising on foods they love,” said Monica Bhatia, co-founder and co-chief executive officer of Equii. “And with the added benefit of complete protein, these new pastas offer balanced nutrition for all ages and dietary needs.”
Gluten-free frozen meal and snacks maker Feel Good Foods has debuted gluten-free frozen chicken soup dumplings. The dumplings feature a rice flour blend wrapper and are filled with a mixture of chicken, broth, scallions and ginger, according to the company. The product is packaged in a microwaveable steamer tray and is ready to serve in three minutes.
“We're excited to introduce our gluten-free soup dumplings, an innovative option that’s never been available before,” said Vanessa Phillips, founder of Feel Good Foods. “Now, everyone can savor the deliciousness of this popular restaurant dish right at home.”
ChiChi Foods is innovating the oatmeal breakfast format with a convenient, “better-for-you” product derived from chickpeas. Packaged in a dried powder format that is combined with water or milk and prepared in the microwave or on the stovetop, ChiChi’s product contains 10 to 11 grams of protein per serving, 3 grams of added sugar and 6 grams of fiber. Flavors include maple syrup, apple pie, banana bread and original.
Masala Mama expanded its line of Indian-inspired cooking sauces with ready-to-eat legumes. The beans and lentils are combined with extra virgin avocado oil and gluten-free ingredients, with 10 grams to 13 grams of protein and 9 grams to 15 grams of fiber per serving, according to the company. Flavor options include Ooh La La Lentils, Cha Cha Chickpeas, La Bamba Black Beans and Rah-Rah Red Beans.
“Our goal is to make food that reflects both the authentic flavors of homestyle cooking and contemporary needs for clean ingredients and sustainable living,” said Nidhi Jalan, founder and creator of Masala Mama.
Goodles has launched a gluten-free pasta line. The company, which markets itself as a “better-for-you” pasta maker, formulated the product line from corn, brown rice and chickpeas, among other plant-based ingredients. The clean label offering contains 8 grams of protein and 3 grams of fiber per serving, with noodle shape varieties such as Loopdy-Loos, penne and Twistful thinking.
Wynn’s Kitchen, a manufacturer of better-for-you Asian condiments, added Lemongrass Marinade and Stir-Fry Sauce. The marinade and stir-fry sauce features citrus and aromatic flavors in a formulation free from added sugars, artificial preservatives, gluten and soy, according to the company. The product is aimed at consumers seeking convenient and globally-inspired meal solutions, joining the company’s existing portfolio that includes peanut sauce, sate Asian chili sauce and spice mixes.

Allergen-free snack manufacturer Every Body Eat expanded beyond crackers and into the cookie category with Every Body Eat Cookie Bites. The bite-size cookies feature a formulation free free-from the top 14 allergens and corn, according to the company, with flavors such as chocolate chip, cranberry vanilla and ginger cinnamon.
Little Spoon has introduced organic oatmeal baby cereal aimed at infants aged four months and older. Formulated from ancient grains such as barley and millet, the product is free from added sugars, rice and the top nine allergens. Each serving of the cereal offers 14 grams of whole grains and 13 essential vitamins and minerals.
