
Collaborative menu innovations make their debut.
Red Robin Gourmet Burgers has partnered with Mike’s Hot Honey to create three menu items featuring the swicy condiment.
The hot honey chicken sandwich combines hand-breaded chicken breast with green chili aioli, jalapeños and shredded cabbage mix. The hot honey pepperoni pizza offers pepperoni, smoked provolone cheese, mozzarella cheese and crushed red pepper flakes. The hot honey wings come tossed in Mike’s Hot Honey sauce and red pepper flakes are available in bone-in or boneless varieties.
Red Robin also has launched two beverages: mango passion lemonade and spicy passion mango margarita.
Yum! Brands subsidiary KFC has introduced a twist on the mashed potato format with its mashed potato poppers. The menu items feature a creamy mashed potato inside surrounded by a crunch fried exterior, according to the company.
“Our new mashed potato poppers transform a legendary KFC classic into a crunchy can't-resist bite of perfection," said Catherine Tan-Gillespie, president of KFC US.
Krispy Kreme is bringing back its annual Chocomania Collection with three new offerings.
The items include the Hershey’s chocolate salted caramel cheesecake donut, an unglazed shell donut with Hershey’s caramel cheesecake-flavored creme filling that is dipped in Hershey’s milk chocolate icing and topped with chocolate cookie crumbs and a salted caramel swirl; the Hershey’s chocolate buttercreme donut, an unglazed ring donut dipped in Hershey’s milk chocolate icing and topped with chocolate-flavored buttercreme and chocolate curls; and the Hershey’s chocolate chip cookie donut, a glazed donut dipped in salted cookie dough-flavored icing and topped with chocolate chip cookie pieces, Hershey’s mini semi-sweet chocolate chips and Hershey’s milk chocolate icing drizzles.
Firehouse Subs and “Hot Ones,” the YouTube series from First We Feast, have developed the spicy dill hook-and-ladder sandwich and the zesty garlic hook and ladder.
The former features a pickle plank marinated in the Hot Ones’ Last Dab hot sauce alongside smoked turkey, honey ham, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, deli mustard and Firehouse’s Hero Sauce. The latter combines Hot Ones' The Classic Garlic Fresno hot sauce with smoked turkey, honey ham, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, garlic chips and mayo.
Noodles & Company has unveiled a revamped menu designed to deliver a “tastefully curated experience while offering variety for every palate,” according to the company.
The updated menu features original offerings such as buffalo chicken ranch macaroni and cheese, garlic bacon crunch macaroni and cheese, pulled pork barbecue macaroni and cheese, Cajun shrimp fettucine, green goddess cobb salad and lemon parmesan broccoli.

Carl’s Jr., a CKE Restaurants Holdings, Inc. brand, is seeking to satisfy bigger appetites with the launch of its triple burgers. Featuring three beef patties, the burgers are available in Famous Star, Western Bacon Cheeseburger, El Diablo and Big Carl varieties.
Carl’s Jr. has also expanded its line of hand-crafted lemonade beverages with Tropical Refreshers, which feature tropical flavors and are infused with natural caffeine, according to the company.
“With the beloved, craveable flavors of our core burgers, it's only natural to introduce this triple patty threat,” said Maripaz Romero, vice president of brand marketing.
Pokeworks, a fast-casual poke bowl chain, has unveiled its Hawaiian Hot Plates line. Inspired by Hawaii's plate lunch tradition, the dishes offer a warm alternative to the standard chilled poke bowl format, according to the company. Hot plate varieties include charred teriyaki salmon, huli huli chicken and dynamite spicy shrimp.
“In Hawaii, plate lunches are more than just a meal—they're a way of life," said Mike Wu, co-Founder and head of culinary at Pokeworks. "With Hawaiian Hot Plates, we're honoring that tradition while adding our signature Pokeworks twist.”
JDE Peet’s brand Peet’s Coffee has partnered with the Vita Coco Co. and Bob’s Red Mill to expand its functional beverage lineup.
The Vita Coco collaboration includes two coconut water-infused beverages, coconut water cold brew and coconut water matcha, and the Bob’s Red Mill collaboration includes a vanilla latte, golden latte and matcha latte, each formulated with whey protein powder to offer at least 20 grams of protein.
Permanent menu additions and limited-time items make their debut.
Introductions include croissant sandwiches and Easter-themed donuts.
