From Atlantic New England Group, Norwood, Mass., comes Pop I.Q. air-popped sorghum in four flavors: kettle, sea salt and pepper, cheddar, and Tuscany. Sorghum requires less water to grow than corn and is rich in such micronutrients as magnesium, iron and zinc, according to the company. Additionally, unlike popcorn, popped sorghum is free of those pesky hulls.
