Research shows that consumers with lactose intolerance can actually tolerate small doses of fluid milk.
Green Valley Creamery, Sebastopol, Calif., continues to expand its line of lactose-free, real dairy products with the introduction of organic lactose-free cottage cheese. It is made with simple, clean ingredients: organic milk and cream, Celtic sea salt, lactase enzyme and live, active cultures.

Truly Irish Country Foods offers a line of dairy shakes made with lactose-free casein and whey proteins. Germany-based dairy group Müller now offers a dual-compartment lactose-free yogurt in the U.K. Corner Lactose Free is made with lactase and packages boldly state “easier to digest for lactose intolerant.”
