Jemie Sae Koo has been named vice-president of marketing for Chef’d.
 

EL SEGUNDO, CALIF. — Jemie Sae Koo has been named vice-president of marketing for Chef’d, an online meal kit delivery service that has secured investments from Smithfield Foods and Campbell Soup and partnered with Quaker Oats, Atkins and Hershey.

In her new role, Ms. Sae Koo will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that “reinforce the value of Chef’d in the market,” the company said, bolstering Chef’d as a premium brand. She also will be tasked with developing digital-first initiatives that appeal to millennial and Gen Z audiences.

Ms. Sae Koo brings more than 15 years of digital and marketing experience to Chef’d. During her career, she has led initiatives and developed viral campaigns for brands including Amazon, Nestle, Coca-Cola and Taco Bell.
