PARIS — Francisco Camacho, executive vice president of Essential Dairy and Plant-Based (EDP) International at Danone, is leaving the company to pursue outside opportunities after a 20-year career there. The business segment’s leadership team will report to Emmanuel Faber, chairman and chief executive officer of Danone, while the company reviews its organizational options.

Over the past two decades, Mr. Camacho has held a variety of senior leadership roles at Danone, overseeing various businesses and geographies. Prior to stepping into his most recent role three years ago, he was executive vice president of Danone’s global waters business and chief growth and innovation officer.

“We have much to thank Francisco for,” Mr. Faber said. “In his 20 years with Danone, he has been committed to transforming to a high level of performance our businesses in many countries. I am especially grateful for how he and the EDP leadership team brought the business back to growth in recent years. We all wish Francisco the best in his future endeavors.”
