ORLANDO, FLA. — Patty Trevino has been named to the newly-created role of chief marketing officer at Red Lobster Seafood Co.

She joins the restaurant chain from CKE Restaurant Holdings, Inc., where she was senior vice president of marketing for both the Carl's Jr. and Hardee's brands. Before that she was chief marketing officer at Bonefish Grill and senior vice president of product marketing at Outback Steakhouse. She also spent more than seven years at Burger King Corp., where she held several positions, including director of promotions and multicultural marketing, director of product marketing and director of global brand marketing.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in management and marketing from Our Lady of the Lake University and a master’s degree in business from University of the Incarnate Word. In 2020, she was named to Nation's Restaurant News' 2020 Power List, which highlights leaders shaping trends in the foodservice industry.

As CMO of Red Lobster, Ms. Trevino will unify and lead the marketing, communications, customer experience, loyalty and culinary operations teams. She joins the senior leadership team just six months after Kelli Valade was named chief executive officer of the Orlando-based company.

“I am absolutely thrilled to have Patty take on the critical role of aligning and integrating our guest analysis with our menu and message strategies,” Ms. Valade said.
