EDISON, NJ. — AAK USA Inc. bolstered its innovation team with the addition of Megan Brazil, customer innovation scientist, and John Lee, innovation technologist.

Ms. Brazil brings experience in product development and manufacturing of plant-based cheese. She previously was a production development technologist at Albertsons Companies, a food safety and quality technician at Munchery and a quality assurance laboratory technician at Kerry Ingredients.

Mr. Lee joins the company from Casa Sanchez Foods, where he focused on quality and process development.

Ms. Brazil will help manage customer-driven projects with a focus on developing solutions for plant-based foods, and Mr. Lee will support new product development activities.
