STOCKHOLM — Stravito has launched a generative AI capability, which may help the search experience and may provide users with quicker insights.
The new generative AI functionality may offer the ability for users to ask full questions while using everyday language. Users also will receive short answers, which are synthesized from various proprietary sources.
“Generative AI is changing the industry for the better by increasing the accessibility of any food and beverage organization’s owned data — evolving market research from a one-way search into a two-way conversation,” said Thor Olof Philogéne, founder and chief executive officer, Stravito. “The Stravito platform is leveraging new AI capabilities to enhance the user experience and provide better, faster and more actionable insights that have the potential to transform businesses. Instead of simply searching to find the location of information, users can now ask Stravito any question, of any complexity, and quickly receive complete answers that aggregate insight from various sources.”
The AI-generated follow-up questions may help users get the answers they need quickly, according to the company. Answers are reliable with the platform drawing from each client’s internally owned data, the company said.
The technology runs on approved, secure enterprise cloud environments.
