CHICAGO — InnovoPro’s plant-based chickpea protein Mexican menu will be available at the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) event from July 16 through July 19 at booth S1767 in Chicago.

The menu features plant-based tacos with fiery ground chorizo and plant-based chicken, which is made from InnovoPro’s CP-XTURA65 product, a chickpea-based textured vegetable protein. Other products include smoky Chipotle and traditional Crema Mexican sauces, which were formulated from the companies CP-Pro70 product.
