MINNEAPOLIS — International Dairy Queen, Inc. has named Jane Friedrich as its new executive vice president, research and development.
Friedrich will oversee a team to research and develop ingredients and menu items and also food safety, quality and regulatory standards across the global company, according to the company.
Friedrich joins the company from Cargill, where she was most recently animal nutrition research and development and innovation leader. She joined Cargill in July 2000 as a senior research scientist and held several leadership positions within the company for more than 20 years.
