KANSAS CITY — A joint venture involving Glanbia P.L.C., Dairy Farmers of America, Michigan Milk Producers Association and Foremost Farms USA is in the planning stages to build a cheese plant in Michigan. As part of the joint venture, Dairy Farmers of America, Michigan Milk Producers and Foremost Farms would supply the milk for production while Glanbia would have full responsibility for the plant.
