FRANKLIN, TENN. — CKE Restaurants Holdings Inc., parent company of Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s restaurants, has announced two appointments and a promotion to the executive leadership team. Jeff Jenkins joins the company as chief marketing officer, Tom Brennan was hired as chief operating officer and Charles (Chip) Siegel has been promoted to the role of chief legal officer.

Mr. Jenkins joins CKE as c.m.o. with more than 15 years of experience in digital and deep food service marketing, most recently at Whole Foods Market. Prior to Whole Foods Market, he was the director of digital experience and new platforms for Taco Bell.

Prior to joining CKE as c.o.o, Mr. Brennan spent nearly 11 years with 7-Eleven, working in a variety of roles, including store operations, merchandising and store development. Additionally, Mr. Brennan previously worked at the Target Corp. as a part of its financial planning and analysis team.

In addition, Mr. Seigel has been promoted to the chief legal officer role tasked with overseeing the legal department. Most recently, Mr. Siegel was executive vice-president and general counsel for CKE Restaurants.
