Premium tea in an instant
After nine months and hundreds of experiments, Boulder, Colo., native Jim Lamancusa cracked the code on manufacturing instant tea without fillers, additives and artificial ingredients. Cusa Tea contains only organic tea and fruit that is processed using cold-brew tea steeping technology and vacuum crystallization, creating a powder that dissolves instantly in hot water.
Varieties include green tea, lemon black tea, oolong, mango green tea and English breakfast. The products are a more convenient, less messy alternative to tea bags and kettles, Mr. Lamancusa said.
