SAN FRANCISCO — Drawing tens of thousands of industry professionals, the Winter Fancy Food Show features the latest specialty food and beverage innovation from more than 1,400 exhibiting companies. The 44th annual event, hosted by the Specialty Food Association, will be held Jan. 13-15 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco.

“The Winter Fancy Food Show is where retail buyers, food service and others in the food industry come to see just how much innovation is happening in our space,” said Phil Kafarakis, president of the Specialty Food Association, which owns and produces the Fancy Food Shows. “With the best of the best under one roof, we provide the first-of-the-year venue for tasting the trends, learning, networking and conducting critical business to make 2019 a success.”

The event will feature a full slate of educational programming, a dedicated display for hundreds of on-trend products and an expanded showcase for food incubators and early-stage start-ups highlighting cutting-edge concepts.

“Specialty foods are being purchased for every market, through all channels,” Mr. Kafarakis said. “The Winter Fancy Food Show will help shape what we all see on retail shelves and restaurant menus throughout 2019.”
