NEW YORK — Insomnia Cookies has created three new vegan cookies to celebrate World Vegan Day on Sunday, November 1.
The following vegan cookie flavors will be permanent menu items at all Insomnia locations, for delivery and nationwide shipping:
- Vegan Chocolate Chunk – A vegan version of the Classic Chocolate Chunk cookie, featuring dairy-free chocolate chunks
- Vegan Double Chocolate Chunk – A vegan version of the Classic Double Chocolate cookie with the same amount of dark chocolate and dairy-free chocolate chunks
- Vegan Birthday Cake – A vegan creation featuring sweet vanilla and sprinkles
The cookie bakery chain is launching its newest treats as individual cookies or in packs of six.
