IRVINE, CALIF. — Clean label cottage cheese producer Good Culture has hired Arielle Knutson as senior vice president of marketing and Wayne Olson as vice president of manufacturing and supply chain.
In her new role, Ms. Knutson will oversee brand growth and awareness, innovation strategy and commercialization for the company.
She joins Good Culture after 10 years as director of marketing and later vice president of marketing for Nuun Hydration, a functional hydration brand.
Ms. Knutson holds a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from Portland State University.
Since taking over his role in October, Mr. Olson has led the company’s strategic network manufacturing, capacity planning, logistics network optimization, supply chain planning and gross margin improvement efforts.
He was previously vice president of operations for Good Culture, from 2016 to 2020, and rejoins the company after heading operations for Franz Family Bakery.
Mr. Olson holds a bachelor’s degree in food science from Penn State University.
