DALLAS — Dave’s Gourmet LLC has acquired Le Bon Magot, a manufacturer of specialty condiments and chutneys. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Established in 2015 by food entrepreneur Naomi Mobed, Le Bon Magot said it makes its products from heritage recipes using seasonal produce and custom blended aromatics combined with natural preserving techniques. The company’s offerings include caponata, chutney, conserve, marmalade, preserves, tapenade and dressings.

“We are thrilled to be able to take Naomi’s vision for quality, authenticity and unique products to our network of retailers to gain new distribution and make these amazing products more accessible to consumers,” said David Neuman, chief executive officer of Dave’s Gourmet. “We simply love her products and the brand, and we have big plans for expansion.”

Ms. Mobed will continue with the company in an advisory role, Dave’s Gourmet said.

Founded more than 30 years ago, Dave’s Gourmet makes hot sauce, pasta sauce and extra virgin olive oils.
