SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA — CJ Food & Nutrition Tech has launched TasteNrich HYBIND.

TasteNrich HYBIND was formulated to be an alternative to traditional phosphates, according to the company. TasteNrich HYBIND may maintain and improve attributes of products such as texture and moisture retention in processed meats, the company said.

TasteNrich HYBIND is derived from ingredients which are perceived as natural through a fermentation process.

“Furthermore, TasteNrich HYBIND showed improved performance such as high cooking yield and less purge loss during shelf life,” said an application scientist from CJ FNT. “TasteNrich HYBIND is a versatile solution that can be applied to various meat types and processing methods.”
