Food Entrepreneur SCOTTSDALE, ARIZ. – Energy beverage and seltzer manufacturer Yerbaé Brands Corp. has closed its first tranche of an investment round and raised over $4 million.

The funding will enable Yerbaé to continue its expansion through product innovation, distribution growth and marketing strategies, according to the company.

The company was founded in 2017 and processes energy beverages that are zero sugar and zero calorie and are formulated with plant-based ingredients. Yerba mate, a South American herb, is a key ingredient in the beverages.
