BUFORD, GA. — Red V Foods Corp. has expanded its Fiesta line of coconut milk powders. The additions include corn-, gluten- and dairy-free varieties.
The coconut milk powders may be used in applications like meal replacement powders, coffee creamers, specialized functional foods, sauces, and tropical drinks, the company said.
“Consumer preference for ethically sourced, clean label products drove Axelum R&D to develop this corn-free, non-GMO formulation giving manufacturers the strategic advantage of maintaining a clean ingredient deck for health-conscious shoppers in non-organic items,” said Mariam Chan, director of marketing, Red V Foods. “This new formulation enters the market at a lower price point than our popular Organic CMP, which is a key advantage in these tough times of economic inflation.”
