WESTMINSTER, COLO. — TraceGains has acquired NutriCalc. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Through the acquisition, TraceGains will inherit NutriCalc’s nutritional information and, in turn, NutriCalc will gain access to TraceGain’s network of supplier locations and database of ingredients and items, according to the company.

NutriCalc is a European-based nutrition calculation software company that helps food businesses reach recipe nutrition targets and allergen labeling requirements quickly, according to the company. The company works in food manufacturing, catering, restaurants, meat and poultry, education and trading standards sectors.
