LAKE MARY, FLA.   — Florida Food Products has hired four new members to its leadership team to accelerate growth and innovations in the food and beverage industries.

The company has named Chris Johnson to president, foodservice; Juli D’Aloia to chief human resources officer; Rich Meloche to president, food and beverage business; and Jillian Hermanowicz to vice president of corporate marketing and communications.

Jonhson joined FFP through the Javo Beverage acquisition, where he was previously executive vice president. He has held leadership positions at IMI Cornelius and Sara Lee.

Before joining FFP, D’Aloia was most recently chief human resources officer at Lemnature AquaFarms and previously president at DWDW & Associates. She also has held leadership positions at Kerry and Crystals International Inc.

Meloche will oversee leadership and go-to-market strategy for natural ingredients in flavors, extracts and human nutrition inclusions. Previously, Meloche was vice president, sales, for ADM nutrition. He has held leadership positions at Givaudan Flavors and Barnes Distribution.

Hermanowicz also joined FFP through the Javo Beverage acquisition. At Javo, she was director of marketing, foodservice division. She has held leadership positions at Grecian Delight and Kronos.
