BOONTON, NJ. —  Our Home continues growing its snacks platform with the acquisition of California-based cheese processor Sonoma Creamery. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition also grows Our Home’s number of manufacturing facilities from seven to eight, with the acquisition of Sonoma’s production facility and warehouse in Sonoma, Calif. Our Home also operates plants in Lincolnton, NC.; Lititz, Pa.; Las Vegas; Berlin, Pa., Fitchburg, Mass.; Conover, NC.; and Kankakee, Ill.

Sonoma Creamery was founded in 1931 as a cheese manufacturer. In 2014, the company began processing crispy snacks by baking cheese. Its product line features gluten-free whole grain cheese crisps and pizza crisps.

Our Home’s most recent acquisition in April included two manufacturing plants from Utz Brands, Inc. for approximately $18.5 million.

In February, the company acquired R.W. Garcia and Good Health brands from Utz and three manufacturing plants for approximately $182.5 million.

Our Home’s portfolio includes such brands as Food Should Taste Good, Popchips, Real Food From The Ground Up, You Need This, RW Garcia, Good Health and Sonoma Creamery.
