Momofoku, a New York-based restaurant group, has teamed up with the Kraft Heinz Co.’s Springboard platform to offer its Ssäm Sauce nationwide. The sauce, which combines gochujang, miso, sake, soy sauce and rice vinegar, is available on Amazon in original, spicy and smoky varieties.

The Quesadilla Cheese, available in slices and shreds, is a creamy melting cheese suitable for quesadillas, dips, nachos or huevos rancheros, the company said.
The Oaxaca Cheese is also available in slices and shreds. The semi-soft cheese has a salty flavor and a similar texture to mozzarella cheese, Borden said. Oaxaca works well with enchiladas or burritos or as a soup topping.
The Queso Fresco is a crumbling cheese that has a mild and creamy taste suitable for balancing the flavor in spicy Mexican dishes, Borden said. It may be using as a topping for tacos, salad, soups and grilled vegetables.
