One Brands, a subsidiary of the Hershey Co., is adding a new seasonal flavor to its portfolio of protein bars. The new Iced Gingerbread One Bar features a sweet outer coating with a hint of ginger, a soft and chewy inside and a crunchy almond topping. Each 2.12-oz bar contains 20 grams of protein, one gram of sugar and 230 calories. The bars are available at Trader Joe’s, GNC, The Vitamin Shoppe and other specialty retailers for a suggested retail price of $2.49 to $2.79 per bar.

The Campbell Soup Co.’s Pepperidge Farm brand has partnered with the “Christmas Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettes,” to develop a new holiday treat. The new Toy Soldier cookie is a spiced shortbread cookie featuring a blend of cinnamon and brown sugar. Inspired by the Christmas Spectaular’s Rockette number, “Parade of the Wooden soldiers,” the cookies feature the image of a saluting toy soldier. Pepperidge Farm Toy Soldier cookies come in 7.3-oz packs and contain 190 calories per 3-cookie serving.

High Brew Coffee is putting a peppermint spin on its ready-to-drink coffee offerings. The new High Brew Peppermint Mocha combines Fair Trade coffee with peppermint and dark chocolate. Each 8-oz can contains 80 calories and retails for $2.49.

McCormick & Co. is expanding its Zatarain’s portfolio with Cajun smoked sausage and Andouille smoked sausage. Both varieties feature pork seasoned with paprika and contain 170 calories and 7 grams of protein per 2-oz serving.
