Miniature cheesecakes are debuting from Sara Lee Frozen Bakery. Individually wrapped and portioned, Sara Lee Mini Cheesecakes are available in classic, strawberry and salted caramel truffle varieties.
Purely Elizabeth is launching collagen protein oats in multi-serve pouches, made with a base of organic oats, quinoa, amaranth, flax and chia, plus grass-fed collagen. Flavors include blueberry walnut and vanilla pecan. The product is prepared similarly to instant oatmeal and creates less waste than single-serve options.
Earnest Eats has debuted a range of breakfast options made with quinoa, oats and amaranth. Protein + Probiotic Instant Oatmeal Packets contain 9 grams of whey protein isolate and 500 million colony forming units of probiotics. Flavors include maple and apple. Superfood Instant Oatmeal Packets contain ingredients such as sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and dried apples and are available in apple cinnamon and maple almond varieties.
New from specialty food brand Eat Me Guilt Free are protein bread and protein tortilla wraps. The bread is made with a protein mixture of wheat and soy and contains 12 grams of protein per two-slice serving. The tortilla wraps contain wheat, pea and rice protein and provide 9 grams of protein per serving.
Endangered Species Chocolate is putting a plant-based spin on chocolate chips. Oat Milk + Dark Chocolate Premium Baking Chips have half the sugar of standard baking chips, according to the company, which said it also considered using almond milk and coconut milk when developing the product, but oat milk provided the best flavor profile.
A new whipped topping by Bob’s Natural is made with Greek yogurt. The product is marketed as a healthier alternative to traditional whipped cream and contains no hydrogenated oils, preservatives or genetically modified ingredients. A plant-based variety is in development.
Fat Snax is expanding its portfolio of keto-friendly snacks with the launch of almond flour crackers in original, cheddar and everything seasoning varieties. Made with almond and coconut flours, egg white, butter, cream cheese and flaxseeds, the crackers contain 1 to 2 net carbohydrates, no sugar and 7 grams of fat per serving.
A new pouch line from Happy Family Organics blends peanut and tree nut butters with apples, bananas or pears. Happy Baby Organics Nutty Blends were developed with pediatric allergists to introduce peanuts and tree nuts early in an infant’s diet. Varieties include apples with walnut butter, bananas with peanut butter, pears with cashew butter, and bananas with almond butter.

Cherry pie and lemon poppy seed are available online and as part of the brand’s summer variety pack. Both are made with peanut and cashew butter and wildflower honey, plus the company’s signature blend of 20 superfoods.
The TAZO tea brand is adding four new items to its portfolio. A pair of cocktail-inspired concentrates feature the flavors of ginger lime Moscow mule and berry hibiscus margarita. New tea blends were developed to offer energy and relaxation benefits. The TAZO Energize blend has citrus, guarana, ginseng, yerba mate, green tea and chipotle chili powder, while the Dream blend incorporates valerian root, lavender, passionflower, chamomile, vanilla and almond.

Texas startup All Y’alls Foods is launching plant-based bacon-style bits made from whole non-GMO soybeans. The debut of Big Crunchy Bacony Bits Y’all follows the successful introduction of Jerky Y’all, a range of plant-based jerky in prickly pear teriyaki, prickly pear chipotle and black pepper and sea salt varieties. All products are certified vegan.
