Post Holdings, Inc. is bringing its breakfast cereals into the ice cream aisle with the debut of Pebbles Light Ice Cream.
The Fruity Pebbles flavor features a fruity cereal milk light ice cream with rice cereal bits coated in colorful fruity flavors and a fruity swirl.
The Cocoa Pebbles variety is made with both chocolate and cereal milk light ice creams swirled together with chocolatey rice cereal pieces.
Both Pebbles Light Ice Cream offerings contain half the fat and one-third fewer calories than regular ice cream, according to Post. The treats contain 150 calories per two-third cup serving.
Set to hit shelves nationwide in February, Pebbles Light Ice Cream is available in a 48-oz container for $5.99. Additionally, the Fruity Pebbles flavor comes in a 14-oz container for $2.99.
Cola and coffee collide in the newest ready-to-drink (RTD) beverage to hit the United States from the Coca-Cola Co.
Coca-Cola with Coffee blends Coca-Cola soda with Brazilian coffee and comes in caramel, dark blend and vanilla varieties. Coca-Cola with Coffee Zero Sugar is available in dark blend and vanilla flavors.
Both beverages contain 69 mg of caffeine per 12-oz can, which compares to 34 mg in a can of regular Coca-Cola and Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, and 136 mg of caffeine in a 12-oz cup of coffee.
Bel Group’s The Laughing Cow brand has paired plant-based ingredients with cheese in its new line of cheese spreads.
The Laughing Cow Blends combine spreadable cheese with beans, chickpeas or lentils. Packaged in pre-portioned wedges, the spreads contain 2 grams of protein per serving and are available in three flavors: chickpea and cheese with herb, lentil and cheese with curry, and red bean and cheese with paprika.
The Laughing Cow Blends cheese spreads will be available in eight-wedge rounds for a suggested retail price of $3.29.
Shamrock Farms Swirled is a chocolate milk that blends milk with cocoa, coconut cream and almonds. Available in chocolate coconut and chocolate almond coconut, the hybrid beverage contains nine essential nutrients and is free of artificial colors, sweeteners and growth hormones.
The chocolate coconut flavor contains 300 calories, 13 grams of protein, 31 grams of sugar and 12 grams of fat per 12-oz bottle, while the chocolate almond coconut variety contains 310 calories, 15 grams of protein, 32 grams of sugar and 13 grams of fat per bottle.
Shamrock Farms Swirled is available in 12-oz and 32-oz bottles.
Pladis Global is expanding its Flipz brand with new Flipz Stuff’D and Flipz Bites, set to hit shelves in March.
Flipz Stuff’D are bite-size pretzel nuggets stuffed with creamy peanut butter and coated in milk chocolate. The snacks retail for $2.79 for a 3.5-oz bag and $3.49 for a 6-oz pouch.
Flipz Bites are clusters filled with caramel and salted pretzel balls coated in milk chocolate. Each 1.52-oz bar contains three clusters and retails for $1.09.
“As a brand, we are cheering on everyone knowing they are doing their best and we hope that Flipz can be an easy way for families to celebrate the small wins and share a moment of joy together,” said Carlos Canals, general manager for Pladis North America. “Our new products aim to break up basic snack routines and add a little fun and delight throughout the day.”
The Kellogg Co.’s RXBAR brand is introducing RX A.M. Oats Packets in a new Cinnamon Spice flavor. Featuring 10 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber per packet, the Cinnamon Spice oats are made with egg whites, almonds, dates, cinnamon and gluten-free oats.
“While our RX A.M. Oats Cups are great for taking on the go, we're always evolving to meet our fans' needs, and new RX A.M. Oats Packets are the perfect example,” said Julia Adams, director of marketing for RXBAR. “We know people are eating more breakfasts at home and cutting down trips to the grocery store, so we created this new format to allow for buying and storing in bulk without taking up too much valuable real estate in the pantry.”
The Hain Celestial Group, Inc. is expanding its Celestial Seasonings line of Tea Well organic wellness teas with four new varieties. The beverages are Non-GMO Project verified and caffeine-free, and all but the Sleep variety are USDA certified organic.
The Sleep tea features a chamomile mint flavor and is made with melatonin, chamomile, spearmint, nettle, catnip, coconut oil and lemon balm.
The Mood Tonic tea features a lemon mint flavor and is made with lemongrass, spearmint, peppermint, eleuthero, licorice, ginseng, lemons and honey crystals.
The Gut Health tea features a cinnamon oat flavor and is made with fiber, cinnamon, oats, coconut milk, green banana flour, licorice, dried blueberries, coconut nectar, coconut oil and 500 million CFU probiotics.
The Laxative tea features a carob licorice flavor and is made with senna, licorice, chicory, fennel, ginger, psyllium, carob, cinnamon, honey crystals and star anise.
“Beyond the mental health benefits of sipping a warm cup of tea, many consumers choose tea for its health benefits,” said Tim Collins, vice president and general manager at Celestial Seasonings. “We want to make sure we are delivering on this promise with products that go above and beyond in providing the benefits you'd find in your typical cup of tea.”
Catalina Crunch is growing its keto snack offerings with three new flavors of Keto-Friendly Sandwich Cookies: vanilla crème, peanut butter and chocolate mint. The new varieties join the original chocolate vanilla. Featuring a blend of pea protein and prebiotic fiber from plants, the cookies contain 4 grams of protein, 3 grams of fiber, 5 grams of net carbs and 1 gram of sugar per cookie.

New from Rich Products Corp., Farm Rich Sweet Onion Petals with Aussie-Style Dipping Sauce are individual onion pieces coated in a crispy panko breading packaged with a 3-oz Aussie-style dipping sauce. The appetizer is priced around $6.99 for a 15-oz carton, which contains about 24 pieces. Each serving contains 220 calories with no trans fat or cholesterol.

Longève is launching Plant-Based Protein Crumbles and Breadless Crumbs developed with flexitarians in mind.
The Plant-Based Protein Crumbles are made from pea protein and are designed to be reconstituted in hot water for five minutes. The crumbles provide 20 grams of protein per serving and come in three varieties: unseasoned, zesty taco and masala curry.
The Breadless Crumbles are made from 100% pea protein, are gluten-free and contain 7 grams of protein per serving. The crumbs come in plain and panko varieties.

The Safe + Fair Food Co. is adding a dill pickle flavor to its Seasoned Popcorn line. Containing 43 calories per cup, the popcorn is non-GMO, gluten-free, vegan and made with 100% whole grain popcorn. A 7.5-oz bag retails for $5.

Both beverages are USDA certified organic, made with milk from pasture-raised cows and provide 8 grams of protein and nine essential nutrients.
New from Z Natural Foods is Mocha Mushroom Whey Protein, featuring a blend of grass-fed whey isolate, MCT oil, 100% cacao chocolate, Colombian dark roast coffee, lion’s mane mushroom extract and cordyceps mushroom extract. Containing 20 grams of protein per serving, the protein is available in 1-lb bags for $19.99 and 5-lb bags for $74.99.
