Saffron Road is expanding its frozen entree lineup with plant-based General Tso’s. Featuring batter-free cauliflower and chickpea dumplings, white rice, bok choy and red bell peppers swirled into a tangy sauce, the dish features whole plant-based protein with no artificial ingredients or protein isolates.
Upton’s Natural is launching taco-style crumbles made with a blend of fava bean, pea protein, sea salt, sugar and lime juice concentrate. The heat-and-eat crumbles feature a custom spice blend of taco seasonings.
