New sauce and dressing flavors pair with warmer weather.
Sokol Custom Food Ingredients has partnered with citrus marketing cooperative Sunkist Growers, Inc. to launch a lineup of Sunkist branded sauces and dressings.
Sunkist and Sokol are releasing eight sauces and dressings, each celebrating citrus, according to the companies.

The Kraft Heinz Co. introduced Heinz Dip & Crunch, combining a dipping sauce and crunchy potato bits in a two-in-one package, designed to add flavor and texture to burgers.
The burger sauce is formulated with tomato puree, molasses, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic powder, tamarind concentrate, onion powders and spices. A spicy option also is available.
Olive oil company California Olive Ranch expanded into the marinades and sauces category with the introduction of four plant-based products.

Red Clay Hot Sauce released its newest condiment, spicy peach conserve. Developed by co-founder and chef Geoff Rhyne, the product combines peaches and habanero peppers, apple cider vinegar, salt and sugar, and it may be used in both sweet and savory dishes, such as biscuits, waffles, pork chops or stir fries, according to the company.
Primal Kitchen rolled out a non-dairy queso-style dip made with pumpkin seed butter and organic spices and vegetables. The dip is nut-free, sugar-free, vegan, keto certified and Whole30 Approved.
Simply Organic is releasing self-stable dairy-free cheese sauce mixes. Available in cheddar, white cheddar and jalapeño queso blanco varieties, the vegan certified and gluten-free mixes add flavor and texture to a range of dishes, from nachos or noodles to broccoli cheese soup.
Bolthouse Farms launched new, reformulated yogurt-based dressings with a “richer, creamier flavor” and “cleaner ingredients,” according to the company.

Haven’s Kitchen has expanded its line of refrigerated sauces with the addition of a Thai-inspired coconut cashew sauce, which combines ginger, lemongrass, makrut lime and coconut milk. The product is gluten-free and vegan and may be used as a simmer sauce, dressing or marinade.
Plant Junkie, a business division of BetterBody Foods, launched its avocado-based Blue Cheese and Caesar dressings.
Both dressings are dairy-free and made from plant-based ingredients, including avocado oil. The products are available direct-to-consumer on Amazon for a suggested retail price of $11.98 for a 12-oz bottle.
Salsa-maker La Victoria debuted its enchilada sauces, now packaged in resealable and pourable pouches. The sauces, which are available for a suggested retail price of $2.99, are available in red and green enchilada varieties.
