OAKLAND, CALIF. — Harmless Harvest, a maker of organic coconut-based food and beverage products, is introducing three desserts made with coconut meat. Products include dark chocolate coconut pudding, mixed berry coconut panna cotta and mango coconut panna cotta.
Harmless Harvest desserts are plant-based and USDA organic certified, with 8 to 9 grams of sugar per serving. The products are debuting at Whole Foods Market stores in select Southwest, Southern Pacific and Rocky Mountain regions for a suggested retail price of $3.29 per 3.5-oz container.
